-Breakfast: Enjoy a hearty breakfast at The Ridge Inn Restaurant for a delicious start. 

-Visitor's Center: Get information and free maps at one of the Visitor's centers in the area! There is one conveniently across the street from The Ridge Inn Restaurant in Laurelville.

Late Morning: Old Man's Cave


-Old Man's Cave: Begin your adventure with a hike through Old Man's Cave, one of the most popular and scenic areas. Spend a couple of hours exploring the upper and lower falls, and the Devil's Bathtub.

Lunch:

- Picnic: Pack a picnic and enjoy lunch surrounded by nature. There are plenty of picnic spots within Old Man's Cave.

Afternoon: Cedar Falls and Ash Cave


- Cedar Falls: After lunch, head to Cedar Falls, which offers a stunning waterfall and a serene hiking experience.

- Ash Cave: Conclude your day with a visit to Ash Cave, known for its massive overhang and impressive rock formations. The short hike is easy and rewarding.

Evening: Dinner and Relaxation


- Dinner: Dine at The Millstone BBQ, known for its mouth-watering barbecue and friendly atmosphere.

- Relaxation: Return to your accommodation and unwind. Consider a dip in a hot tub if available, or simply relax with a good book.



Day 2: Adventure and Culture

Morning: Breakfast and Rockhouse

- Breakfast: Start your day with breakfast at M&M Family Diner.

- Rock House: Explore the Rock House, a unique cave with natural "windows" and a fascinating history.

Lunch:

- Lunch: Head to Pizza Crossing in Logan for some of the best pizza in the area.

Afternoon: Zip Lining or Canoeing


- Hocking Hills Canopy Tours: Experience the thrill of zip lining through the treetops. The tours offer spectacular views and an adrenaline rush.

- Hocking Hills Adventures:Spend the afternoon canoeing or kayaking on the Hocking River for a peaceful and scenic water adventure.

Evening: Dinner and Stargazing


- Dinner: Enjoy a meal at The Inn & Spa at Cedar Falls, which offers a fine dining experience with locally sourced ingredients.

- Stargazing: Drive to the John Glenn Astronomy Park to gaze at the stars. The park offers telescopes and knowledgeable guides to enhance your stargazing experience. If you are going on a Friday or Saturday from March-November, you need to get a free parking pass because they do special programing for free! Get your parking pass here.



Day 3: Scenic Drives and Local Discoveries

Morning: Breakfast and Scenic Drive


- Breakfast: Have breakfast at your accommodation or visit The Hocking Hills Diner for a hearty meal.

- Scenic Drive:Take a leisurely drive along the Hocking Hills Scenic Byway, stopping at various overlooks and points of interest.

Late Morning: Conkle's Hollow

- Conkle's Hollow :Hike the trails at Conkle's Hollow, known for its towering rock faces. There are two trails at Conkle's Hollow, the flat and paved gorge trail and the more challenging rim trail.

Lunch:

- Lunch:Visit The Hocking Hills Coffee Emporium for a great cafe style light lunch and delicious coffees.

Afternoon: Local Art and Shopping

- Downtown Logan: Browse local and family-run business in the heart of the Hocking Hills, Historic Downtown Logan. You'll find cute boutiques and art from local artisans on Main Street.

- Bowen House:Visit the Bowen House to explore local art exhibits and learn about the history of the area.

Evening: Dinner and Farewell

- Dinner:Have your farewell dinner at TheFeed, which offers a delightful menu consisting of local and fresh ingredients, delish sandwiches, and pizzas.

- Relaxation:Return to your accommodation for a final night of relaxation, perhaps enjoying a bonfire or some quiet reflection on your trip.
