Glass Enameling: Sgraffito Technique

One of the most important skills in enameling is being able to move applied dry enamels to clean up designs before firing. With Sgraffito, the design is CREATED by moving the sifted, dry enamels and using the exposed layers underneath as part of the design, including bare copper. The piece is then fired up to 1500 degrees to fuse everything. Glass enamels, separation enamels, copper blanks are all included. This class is for adults 18+.
