See Fireworks

Is it really the Fourth of July if you don't see the bright colors and loud booms of fireworks? You can go to the Nelsonville Thunder in the Valley or the Logan Independence Day Celebration for firework shows this year. And they are both perfect to make your kids say, "Ooooo," and, "Ahhhhh."

Go for a Hike

A big part of the Fourth of July is soaking up the sun. And if you are celebrating America, why not see the jaw dropping beauty of our country? There are so many hikes you can take to see waterfalls, gorgeous greens and multicolored rocks. It's the perfect way to fall in love with America again and again. 

Take a Drive

Is there anything more American than getting out on the open road? Take in the scenic views of the Hocking Hills as you zip around the curves of our roads. Plan your drive with one of our scenic routes. And be sure to leave those windows open so you can feel the wind in your hair.
