Barn on the Hill

Barn event space is 5,280 square ft. 88 ft long by 60 ft wide. Large siding doors on both ends of the barn. Male and female bathrooms with showers. Galley style kitchen with a full range and oven, microwave, kitchenette, and full size fridge.  Maximum capacity for wedding events with tables is 200 people. Capacity is increase for other events without tables.  Stage provided outside for wedding ceremony. Gravel parking for cars and field parking for SUVs and trucks.  ​Weekend day rental: (hours are adjustable) Friday-Sunday Up to 100 people: $3500 Up to 200 people $4000      Additional Weekend day is $500. Additional Weekday (Monday -Thursday) $250  For example if you want Thursday for setup, Friday for setup and rehearsal, and a Saturday wedding for 100 people that would cost $4,250. Tables, chairs, and tablecloths are included in the cost. Any vendor is approved at the venue and alcohol is bring your own with no license.
