Tecumseh Theater
We are located at 114-116 West Main Street in the National Register of Historic Places District in Shawnee, Ohio. The building was built in 1908 and saved from the wrecking ball in 1976. In June 2026, the second-story beautifully renovated opera house reopened to the public along with a brand new elevator tower, making the entire building accessible. We offering a variety of live performances, events and youth programming. Open: M-F 10 AM-2 PM and weekends for events or shows in the theater. All spaces are available to rent for weddings, reunions, and other private and community events.
