Outside features include a huge 1300 square foot covered wrap around deck with a gas grill, outdoor tv, 2 firepits (including 1 smokeless Solo Stove and limited free firewood!), hot tub, private trails for walking and biking. The property is conveniently located 5 to 15 minutes away from State Parks like the Rock House, Conkle's Hollow, Old Man's Cave, Cedar Falls, Ash Cave and Cantwell Cliffs.
