Little Cities of Black Diamonds Council

The Council promotes and educates visitors on the significant environmental, labor, and African-American history of the coal-mining boomtowns located within the Wayne National Forest region. The towns share their common heritage and cultural arts by sponsoring several festivals, themed guided tours, and driving tours of the region.
