Pool House Lodge has room for everyone. Seven bedrooms, five bathrooms, sleeps 20, all on 22 private wooded acres. The indoor pool is heated to 82°F year-round, so the kids swim in July or January, and there's a little nook by the window where grandparents can watch from dry land. Inside you'll find a game room with a pool table, foosball, and an arcade. Outside, hike the trails, climb into the hot tub after dark, or grab an Adirondack chair by the fire ring and watch the hills go quiet. We built this place so nobody gets left behind: accessible parking, ramps to both floors instead of stairs, a roll-in shower on the main level, wide doorways, and grab bars where you need them. Old Man's Cave and Ash Cave are about 25 minutes away, and the nearest grocery store is just 10. Come back at night and it's only you and the woods.
