Perfect getaways for rest, romance, or recreation. Lodging at 5 locations, surrounded by nature but not far from town! Each have A/C, full kitchen/bath, satellite TV/DVD player, outdoor fire pits, movies, games, and popcorn, and three locations have hot tubs. Strouds Run State Park or Conservancy hiking trails are withing walking distance or right outside the front door of each rental. Visit the park's Dow Lake for fishing, swimming, boating (pontoons, kayaks, canoes, pedal boats, and stand-up paddleboards) plus mountain bike and hiking trails. Each rental is cozy, with sizes ranging from intimate for two or small family, to multiple bedrooms for larger gatherings and more than one family. We host many Ohio University parents and alumni who return year after year, plus those coming to Athens County for special events. Outdoor enthusiasts love our unique locations to get back to nature while being close to town if shopping and dining are desired. Many breweries and wineries in the area offer delicious food and drink in beautiful settings. Uptown Athens and the surrounding area have unique shops and museums.
