FREE EVENT! Plein Air in the Park Tecumseh Lake

oin us for this artful partnership with Jessie Bennett and the Perry County Park District! Spend time in nature and create art in your favorite medium – drawing, painting, pastels, collage – whatever you like! “Plein air” is the French term for “outdoors.” On this day, we’ll meet near the parking lot at Tecumseh Lake in Shawnee in the heart of Wayne National Forest at 1:00 pm. We’ll take a short hike so you can find the spot that speaks to you. We’ll conclude around 4:00 pm but you may leave early if you finish or stay late if you are still inspired. Bring your supplies, find your spot, and enjoy creating! It’s recommended to bring a chair, blanket, small table or easel. This is a family-friendly event so feel free to bring children and enjoy time creating together! NO REGISTRATION REQUIRED We hope to see you Sunday the 24th!
