First Weekend Hike at Shallenberger 10 am Start the year off right by exploring your local preserves! Bring the family for a chilly and hilly 1.5-mile hike exploring Allen Knob, located 8 minutes from the heart of Lancaster! Learn about the ancient past as we head into the future. Please note that there are no restrooms on site and that winter weather can be unpredictable. This event will be cancelled in the event of serious weather conditions, such as any snow emergency levels being announced. Otherwise, prepare for anything from cold rain to snow. Proper hiking equipment such as good boots, trekking poles, and water is recommended.
