Expanding on Fishing: Tying Crappie Jigs, Ohio Division Of Wildlife, District 4 Office, 360 E. State Street, Athens, Ohio 45701 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM This class will cover the tools and techniques required to tie marabou- and hair-jigs designed to catch crappie. The class is free, and participants can keep the jigs they tie during the class. Registration is required as space is limited. Attendees should meet at the ODNR Division of Wildlife District Four Headquarters at 360 East State Street, Athens, Ohio 45701.
