Boch Hollow Native Garden Bed Tour & Clean Up Workshop

Ever wanted to create a native garden bed? Enjoy this hands-on learning experience and get your hands dirty. Come help the Boch Hollow team clean up the native garden beds from the invaders. This program will teach you how to ID the native plant species versus the non-natives. You can then start to incorporate native plants into your existing landscape. Special native pollinator pack given for those attending.
Participants should dress for the weather, bring gloves and tools for gardening, bring lunch and water. This workshop is great for adults and kids over 10 years old. The workshop will take place from 9:00 AM to 2:30 PM on July 22nd ,2023. Participants should arrive 10 minutes before the workshop in the office at Boch Hollow. Please register for workshop by July 21st, 2023 so our naturalist knows how many seed packets.
We will show you shady and sunny native beds filled with beautiful native blooms and ferns.
