Weekend Things to Do in the Hocking Hills - Mar 30-31

It's another weekend full of fun things to do in the Hocking Hills!

Whether you want to get outside to explore or check all of the fun things you can do indoors here, there is a lot going on. Here's what you should plan on doing this weekend:

Meet Wildlife

At the Naturalist Cabin, you have the opportunity to meet the wildlife that call the Hocking Hills home. The first will introduce you the different kinds of birds of prey. And then you can discover about the skulls and claws you'll find here.

Go on a Hike

Have you ever wondered about Old Man's Cave? What is its history? What are the different rock formations? Go on a hike with a naturalist and get all of your questions answered.

Celebrate 2 Years of Brewery 33

Raise a pint for this local brewery at their 2nd anniversary. There will be live music and a food truck to add to all of the beer fun of the day.

Make a Stop at the Farmers' Market

Get started eating local with a stop at the Athens Farmers' Market. And even better, you'll get the chance to shake the hand of the person that made your food.

See the Work of Local Artists

Want to see some local art? The Can Do Creations Annual Art Show is here! This is a great opportunity to support local artists while also a local nonprofit.

Hear Live Music

Let the music of the Hocking Hills warm you up this winter. Make a stop at Brewery 33, or Hocking Hills Winery to hear great local music while also drinking local.

Our young performers will also be putting on a show with the Artista Showcase. Get out there and cheer on our under 18 talent.

See the Stars

There's nothing quite like a beautiful starry night. And that starry night looks even better at the John Glenn Astronomy Park. Bring your whole family to marvel at the beauty of the night sky.
