Winner will receive 3 free tickets to the Nelsonville Music Festival! It’s our way of saying thank you for helping us share the magic of this beloved destination.

It’s easy! Submit your photo(s) through our submission link by June 6th, 2025. Be sure to include your name and contact information.

Hocking Hills Tourism Association Photo Contest – Terms and Conditions
1. Eligibility
The Hocking Hills Tourism Association (HHTA) Photo Contest is open to individuals aged 18 and older. Employees of HHTA and their immediate family members are not eligible to win but may submit for exhibition only.
2. Submission Guidelines

Participants may submit original photographs taken in the Hocking Hills region.

All submissions must be made via Crowdriff link.

By submitting a photo, the participant affirms that they are the sole creator and copyright holder of the image and that the photo does not infringe upon any third-party rights.

Submissions must not contain any inappropriate, offensive, or unlawful content.
3. Deadline
All entries must be received by June 6th, 2025.
4. Prizes
Selected winner will receive 3 VIP Nelsonville Music Festival tickets. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash.
5. Rights and Usage
By submitting a photo, participants agree to grant HHTA full and unrestricted ownership of the image. HHTA reserves the right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, display, and distribute submitted photos in any form of marketing and promotional materials, including but not limited to social media, print publications, digital campaigns, and advertisements.
While HHTA will make efforts to credit photographers when feasible, credit is not guaranteed in all uses of the photos.
6. Consent and Release
Participants waive any claims to compensation for the use of their photographs and agree not to hold HHTA liable for any misuse or misattribution. If individuals appear in the photograph, the participant is responsible for obtaining necessary permissions or model releases.
7. Judging and Selection
Winning photos will be selected by a panel chosen by HHTA. All decisions are final and at the sole discretion of the judges.
8. Agreement to Terms
By entering the contest, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. HHTA reserves the right to modify or cancel the contest at any time without notice.
